Some Helpful Blogs I Follow
Writers, like all of us, get help from the people God has placed in their paths. Most of the people I know who have websites or blogs are Christian writers. There are quite a few blogs I follow on a regular basis, and today, I’m sharing some of those with you. Today’s sites will be the pros I follow.
(All the sites I follow are by pros, these are those with a huge following.)
Whether you are a writer, a reader, or someone who needs a blessing in your life, these sites will, indeed, bless you in some way. Most are written by people whose paths are illumined by the one true Light. I know you will enjoy them.
THE PROFESSIONAL SITES

I’ve followed this one since I first began writing seriously in 2014. It is packed with information about writing, upcoming conferences, and all things related. I’m honored to have been a guest blogger here.

This blog is by Edie Melson who is one of the directors of BRMCWC. This blog has been in the Writer’s Digest list of top 100 best blogs for writers for as long as I can remember. Check it out. Good, good info.
Such a good site for writers. Truly filled with info for anyone serious about the business of writing. The agents take turns writing the blog posts. Every Friday, Mr. Laube gives us something funny to lighten what could have been a tough writing week. Good stuff!

I love this site. She always has the best advice for editing anything. On a personal note, she will be editing my next book. So blessed to have Andrea Merrell. She’s simply the best. I’m honored to say I’ve been a guest on her blog. BTW, her posts are short and to the point. Packed with great info.

Jane is excellent at what she does. I’ve followed her for as long as I can remember, even well before my first conference. She has a wealth of information on her site and things people who aren’t writers can put to good use. Check it out. Try out her website, too. She has more than one website.
I love Janice Hardy. Janice has a site called Fiction University where she gives the most amazing and clearly stated writing advice. I’ve saved so many of her posts to a folder in my PC, that I’ll never run out of her posts. Seriously, if you don’t know her, check her out. BTW—I’ve given away more of her books to fellow writers than any other I’ve read. Does that tell you something?
These are only a handful of the sites I follow regularly for information about writing and the writing world. If you go to the main site of each of these, you will find all manner of links to other helpful information. Feel free to add your favorite sites in the comments. I know I only touched the very top of this inkwell.
NEXT WEEK – PERSONAL BLOGS
I do hope you find something useful in these I shared with you today. Come back next week for a list of a few of the individual blogs I follow. I’ll be honest – all of them are personal friends.
Do you need prayer for the work of your hands and heart? Anything specific? Send me an email and I’ll be happy to pray for you.
Blessings, y’all!
This verse has popped up on my FB feed many times this week. Had to share this with you. I hope you’re becoming a Paul Wilbur fan if you’ve never been so. He blesses my soul!
